Blog Update

Business has been picking up steadily in the past few months. I’m getting busier and I’m still learning how to incorporate the blog into my work schedule. Today is a catch up and get ahead day for blogging.

I’m studying a few sources for improving the blog. The stuff I’m into includes:

We’re not yet a Powell’s partner (affiliate) yet, and we will be soon. That means that if you want to buy something that we recommend, we’ll take a small percentage on the sale. Our intention is to pool all of that money and hopefully treat ourselves to a $3 philharmonic coffee from Philz, like once per year. I am drinking coffee again, just not Farmer Brothers, and I don’t feel sick anymore.

With any luck I’ll learn to better pace my posts for a steadier stream of new content. Some have cautioned me that it’s potentially a time hole and a money loser. I’d say that so far it has taken a lot of time and energy. I’m learning a lot about the process and having fun.

A lovely delegate of Mexican designers (Karen and Naxieli) came to visit the Plan Resonate studio for the past five days. We spent a lot of time conducting local primary market research, and meeting with some clients. Thanks to everyone who helped make their visit a lot of fun.

Next week I’ll be tending to business in northern Michigan, and spending Christmas with family. I’ll most likely be out of internet contact for about a week.

Reader feedback of the day: “How did you get my email?”
