		<description>I haven&#039;t been following these backdating stories much (no, not even Apple&#039;s restatement of earnings) but I can&#039;t say that I&#039;m surprised these things are coming to light now. You&#039;re right though: while it may be somewhat excusable for a one-man operation to neglect some administrative stuff, there&#039;s no reason for a megacorp to do so...</description>
